I do not know how Graziano's has been in the area so long, and I haven't been there. I have always heard the food is good, but did not expect excellent. I've been a little spoiled with food, since my father was an excellent chef. Also, I come from a full-blooded Italian background, so need I say more.
The food is excellent here, from soup to desert. The entrees seem to be made to order, and are delicious and plentiful. There were five of us in our party, and all were pleased. I must say, we are a tough bunch, and that isn't an easy thing to do. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
3/27/15. Another excellent meal tonight!!! -

I took a party of 4 adults and 1 three year old to this establishment , based on great word of mouth reviews , to celebrate my wife's birthday.
My wife ordered the Surf and Turf. The lobster was WAY overcooked , and the beef (Medium rare) was WAY under cooked ! She could not even cut it. I ordered the Veil Parm - it was tasteless, no seasoning what so ever. The atmosphere was awful too. People on top of one another, the room filled with people talking loudly ! I do understand that it is a small room, but it just wasn't comfortable. The waitress was very nice and did her job well. They did offer to take my wife's meal off the check when we complained , but I chose to pay. That does not fix the fact that we were served bad food. I won't be returning. -

I'll start the review by saying that the waitress apologized to our table at least 15 times...in a nutshell, very good food...TERRIBLE service. Only one waitress for the entire restaurant and she was the bartender as well.
Our drinks came out very timely and the service went downhill from there. After asking for water refills several times, after about 15 minutes, I found a water pitcher and poured water myself. Of course we got an apology for that. We finally got our salads...we got about halfway through the salads and our dinner arrived. Another apology. When we finished dinner, we sat around for another 10 minutes before the waitress stopped by to ask if we wanted anything else...no, just the check...another 10 minutes before the check arrived. Another apology. Waited for another 10 minutes for waitress to take my credit card. By that time, a bartender showed up for the night so I took the check and credit card to the bar to pay. Another apology. As we were walking out the door, the waitress called across the room to thank us for being patient and...another apology.
Really disappointing dining experience. -

Great little place to eat. Food is awesome. Always had great service and a positive dining experience. Highly recommend eating here, nice bar area too. I love the crab cakes. Lots of lump crab meat. Nice quiet place. Very intimate.

My husband and I decided to try Graziano's after reading the previous reviews here. We are very glad we did! Being relatively new to the area, we had never heard of it, nor the town of Beaver Meadows. After our experience, we will definitely be back!
We went on a Saturday night and though the very small dining room was full, we were able to eat at the bar. It is definitely a local bar but everyone there made us feel welcome.
We both tried the cream of garlic soup which was very good and not too over powering with garlic. My husband, who does not like garlic, ate every last bit of his soup.
I opted for the filet for dinner and was not disappointed. The cut was very thick, not a piece of fat on it, and was cooked perfectly. My husband ordered the chicken parm and was also very satisfied. It's a thicker cut of chicken and you can tell it is freshly breaded and made there. Both dinners come with sides. Their side salad is relatively normal and their French fries are the boardwalk, hand cut fries.
They have a limited dessert menu which my husband ordered the carrot cake. The desserts are not made on site and are just run of the mill.
The service was great! Molly was the bartender /server. She was attentive and was very helpful with any questions we had. The food came out at a reasonable pace and as I mentioned earlier, we were made to feel very welcome at the restaurant.
We will definitely go back again and I highly it recommended to anyone who likes real Italian food.
